Levi Strauss & Co. completes tender offers for $696.2 million

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -- Levi Strauss & Co. has completed its tender offer for all of its outstanding 9.75 percent senior notes with aggregate principal of $446.2 million due in 2015 and its 8.63 percent senior notes due in 2013 with aggregate principal of $250 million.

 

About $415.5 million worth of the notes due in 2015 and about $199.8 million worth of the notes due in 2013 were tendered by the midnight Wednesday deadline.

 

The company said the expected payment date for accepted notes tendered after the early deadline is Friday.
