Peru Foreign Bond Rating Increased to Ba2 by Moody's

July 16 (Bloomberg) -- Peru's foreign-currency debt rating was raised one level by Moody's Investors Service as the government uses some of the proceeds from record commodity exports to pay down international debt.

 

Moody's raised the rating to Ba2 from Ba3, two levels below investment grade and the same level as Brazil and Colombia.
