well, what I saw last week were 3000 panasonic employees working with 7000 Tesla under one roof. I did NOT say they produced cells for the ModelS. Pls share your detailed knowledge & explain to us what exactly you mean by "Tesla buys" the cells, did you read the P/T contracts ?
